Chris brow beats Tara into moving down soon to keep his mother away

One of Chris' earlier, less thought out plans to verbally beat Tara into submission and persuade her in moving down to Florida and help him pay his rent to his mother. Chris has a history of disrepecting his mother and now his final grand act in his master scheme is suing Carol to become her guardian and conservator so that he might finally take away her house, belongings, assets, right to vote, and joy. Here we hear Chris supposedly blaming his mother's hysterics on Tara's lack of cooperation in his fraudulent scheme - much like the $7K fraudulent sewer scam perpetrated by Chris and his local plumber buddy perhaps on Massaro Blvd late last year against Tara/Carol.

Chris talking to his mother stating he DOESN'T WANT TO PAY RENT

Chris promises his mother $850/mo rent when he moves into her Tallahassee house (Carol is presently in Ft Myers). When pressured by Carol, he then cops out whereby he really has no intention of paying any rent to her anyway. He's now changed his mind. Unable to convince Tara ... Chris lies by saying she might want to move in with him to help Carol out with his rent. Carol is incredulous because Chris is CURRENTLY paying $750/mo at his old apartment! Chris' modus operandi is to promise anything - never fully intending to ever follow the promise through. Chris gives multiple excuses to his mother, the Landlord and Owner, about how he will have difficulty making his rent of $750 WITHOUT Tara's help (a poor college student)!

Chris talking to his mother stating he DOESN'T WANT TO PAY RENT - Part 2

In Part 2, Chris explains to his mother that it would be difficult (working as a CPA & Senior Auditor for the State of Florida) to pay his rent without the help of his college degree-less sister. He then attempts to BRAIN WASH his mother into thinking that Tara doesn't care about "either one of them" by not subsidizing Chris' rent. Carol ignores the disparaging comment about her daughter; she raises her voice to Chris conveying she doesn't want to discuss Tara any longer - that he MUST PAY his rent! Chris confirms he makes quite a decent income.

Carol THEN ASKS the $64,000 dollar question ... if he didn't have a roommate last month (paying $750 to an unrelated landlord), HOW PRAY TELL can you not pay the "exact same amount" to your own mother THIS MONTH????? ... Chris quickly hangs up.

Unable to get what he wants, Chris hatches a 3rd plan to keep his mother away and avoid paying rent

This plan resulted from previous ones whereby Chris tried in vain to get Tara, his sister, to move in with him from Georgia to Florida and supplement his rent. Chris insinuates Tara wants to stay in Atlanta and that he of course wants to stay where he is in Tallahassee. He doesn't want his mother (Carol) to come near him and acknowledges that his mother wants money from him for renting one of her Florida properties. Carol is on a fixed income who relies on disability. Chris wants Tara to subsidize him ($300) a month to keep his mother (Carol) in Ft Myers and to prevent her from moving into her own house. He rather sheepishly states "what the hell" does Tara gain from sending money she doesn't have down to Carol in order to make his life easier and to KEEP EVERYONE QUIET? He realizes it is a crazy plan; however, disrepects his mother sooo much that he will do ANYTHING to keep living in her own house and keep her away from him.

Chris is angry that Tara never participated in defrauding Carol

Proving that he ONLY cares about himself and his greed, Chris has a LONG ARDUOUS pattern of calling his mother and sister multiple times (sometimes upwards of 15 in any given day). Most of the phone calls are designed to shame his family into doing his bidding. Much like now the house in Tampa where he currently resides, REFUSES to pay rent, and doesn't dare let the owner have a key to their own house. This house was purchased because the spurious culprit harassingly called Carol nearly round-the-clock, while in Senior Living, "threatening to commit suicide" if a house in Tampa was not purchased for him to live. I, Tara, am sorry to say I let him think he got away with it. I will not let that happen. I will protect my mom from him for the rest of her days.

Chris is Defiant and Impertinent in his Flippant, Contemptuous Incivility & Disrespectful, Insolent attitude toward .. not only the Law, but members of his own family whereby he calls his OWN FATHER ... a "Sphere" in reference to his weight. Shame on you.

Frank calls Tara to threaten much like is documented during his divorce from Carol

Frank Stanisci (Carol's ex-husband, father of Chris) calls Tara threatening a non-existent school board. Many phone calls were like this before a phonetic restraining order was put into place.

Chris continually skirts his rental obligation by ignoring most of Tara's emails

Mostly rather than responding to landlord correspondence attempting to collect rent for Carol, Chris would generally call up to fuss me out. On the rare occasion, when he did respond, would do so only to call his sister a Chicken with PMS.

Chris was made Trustee of some unknown Carol Stanisci Trusts by Georgette Aprile

After Georgette (Carol's sister) carelessly lost nearly $400K by dabbling in the stock market with Carol's money as her beloved Trustee, Georgette then transferred her Trustee status to Chris Stanisci. When both Carol and Tara discovered these UNKNOWN trusts, and fearing that while one was discovered ... others might not be far behind in being uncovered, Chris proceeded to drain Carol's trusts to ZERO and abscond with nearly ALL of her money. These are numerous emails of Tara trying her best to get one trust monies sent over for Carol to live off of never knowing there were others that were ALSO subject to online trading and eventually closed out - to this day never to be seen again. You can imagine how MAD & SAD Carol Stanisci became.
